BHP Design have completed a complicated new build 50,000 sq ft data centre in a disaster recovery centre for Sentrum/Hewlett Packard. Operating across two floors, it provides 5,000 sq ft of technical space as well as plant rooms, warehousing and offices.
This building was completed in 2009, and houses 450 disaster recovery desks across several suites at first floor, and a privately accessed server room ensuring maximum security at ground level.

VESDA systems, fresh air inlet, heat, ionisation, optical & flame detectors and manual release.
Monitoring all core aspects of the facility including power delivery, temperature, humidity, leak detection, time and security.
